Norby is an AI-powered SMS, email, and event marketing tool to help businesses grow. Their customer base varies from solo influencers and entrepreneurs, to larger enterprise clients. Norby helps them save time, build community with their customers, and achieve sold-out sales with ease.

What we did

Friendly were brought in to redesign Norby's product and userflows, and serve as a long-term integrated design team. We've supported them through product pivots, implemented redesigns, integrated new AI features, and developed multiple marketing sites.

Data dashboard analytics

We designed extensive easy to set up data dashboards to help businesses understand their audience and explore hidden trends. These dashboards needed to display segments based on user activity, for example: which users had attended events, opened emails or clicked links. These live view segments also needed easy reporting, sharing and export tools.

We helped Norby craft their new AI event tools - enabling their customers to save further time, money and effort building virtual and in-person events in minutes.
